What is Paypal and is it secure?

We have found that Paypal is the largest and most secure method for online purchasing. It has merged with Ebay and does millions of transactions every day. Their security and encryption is the best there is. All Music Library is a verified paypal merchant and we do not record or store credit card information. All security for the transactions are handled by Paypal.

How do I download tracks once I've purchased them?

After you make your purchase, an email will be sent to you with a link to download your tracks. The email is sent instantly after your purchase, but sometimes it may take several minutes before it gets to your inbox. If you haven't recieved your email be sure to check your junk e-mail folder. If you encounter any problems, contact us and we will help.

What does "Royalty-Free Music" mean?

Royalty-free music that is purchased from All Music Library comes with an UNLIMITED license for use in television production, radio or audio production, commercials, film, multimedia and other media projects. It is completely royalty-free and can be used over and over in your projects. This means simply that you pay us once, use it forever. For a more extensive explination of royalty free music click here.

In what format is the music delivered?

All of our downloadable music is delivered in Uncompressed High-Resolution WAV/PCM format at CD Quality sound (16-bit Stereo at 44,1000 Hz). We put the WAV files inside of a ZIP for a faster and more reliable download.

I can't hear any of the demos!

Make sure that you have the latest version of free Macromedia Flash installed in your browser, and make sure that your speakers are turned on and the volume is not muted. If you are still having trouble, try using the Mozilla Firefox browser, which is also free.

What are the terms of the license?

You can view the license agreement by clicking the PDF icon below, but if you're not interested in reading all the fancy legal mumbo-jumbo then basically it means that when you buy any of our products, you can use it for whatever number of projects that you are in charge of, for as long as you like. This also includes public performances, so if you wanted to play the music inside your store or in a theatre then that's covered as well. The only thing you cannot do is resell the track to somebody else.

Why is your music so cheap?

All Music Library is a privately owned business and as a result our operational expenses are kept low. Naturally, we're happy to pass the savings on to you. :)

Why is your music so expensive?

Services like iTunes and Napster are sell music for your personal enjoyment - not for broadcast use. Our music library operates by licensing out music for production use. Essentially, we're selling the rights to legally use our music not just at home, but for use in films, presentations, the radio, etc.

Can I ask questions or communicate directly with your organization?

Absolutely. Simply send us a message through the contact page. It's the quickest and easiest way to get in touch.

I really like you're website, can you make me one?

Well, thank you! Our site was designed by the good folks at Zeox Web Design. I'm sure they wouldn't mind if you dropped in to get an estimate.
