What is Paypal and is it secure?
We have found that Paypal is the largest and most secure method for online purchasing. Paypal accepts all major credit cards and does not require that you sign up for any account, though we encourgae that you do. It has merged with Ebay and does millions of transactions every day. Their security and encryption is the best there is. All Music Library is a verified paypal merchant and we do not record or store credit card information. All security for the transactions are handled by Paypal.
How do I download tracks once I've purchased them?
After you make your purchase, an email will be sent to you with a link to download your tracks. The email is sent instantly after your purchase, but sometimes it may take several minutes before it gets to your inbox. If you haven't recieved your email be sure to check your junk e-mail folder. If you encounter any problems, contact us and we will help.
Can I download a demo to test out in my production?
Yes! You can download any of our royalty free music tracks to test out for your project. And, you don't need to sign-up for an account or pay an access fee to get it. Just click the icon below the track's picture - click here for detials.
What does "Royalty Free Music" mean?
Royalty free music that is purchased from All Music Library comes with an UNLIMITED license for use in television production, radio or audio production, commercials, film, multimedia and other media projects. It is completely royalty free and can be used over and over in your projects. This means simply that you pay us once, use it forever. For a more extensive explination, read our Guide to Music Licensing.
In what format is the music delivered?
All of our downloadable music is delivered in Uncompressed High-Resolution WAV/PCM format at CD Quality sound (16-bit Stereo at 44,1000 Hz). We put the WAV files inside of a ZIP for a faster and more reliable download.
I can't hear any of the demos!
Make sure that you have the latest version of free Macromedia Flash installed in your browser, and make sure that your speakers are turned on and the volume is not muted. If you are still having trouble, try using the Mozilla Firefox browser, which is also free.
Apart from that, we have also experienced some playback problems if there are too many tabs open. If you can, limit the number of tabs with All Music Library to 3. Other web pages that have the Flash plugin running my interfere with the playback of All Music Library's music player, too.
What are the terms of the license?
Unlike other libraries, all of our music comes with an unlimited use license agreement. You shouldn't have any confusion over what rights you are and aren't given have because you get it all. (view the complete terms here).
If you have any special licensing needs that aren't covered in the agreement, we can make it work for you.
I heard you sometimes give out special promotions?
Oftentimes All Music Library will impulsively feel like giving out a discount or special combo deal. You could sign up for the newsletter, sometimes we'll send them out that way but if you check the Blog every once in awhile there are discount links that you wouldn't get through the newsletter.
Why is your music so cheap?
All Music Library is a privately owned business and as a result our operational expenses are kept low. Naturally, we're happy to pass the savings on to you. :)
Why is your music so expensive?
Services like iTunes and Napster are sell music for your personal enjoyment - not for broadcast use. Our music library operates by licensing out music for production use. Essentially, we're selling the rights to legally use our music not just at home, but for use in films, presentations, the radio, etc.
Can I ask questions or communicate directly with your organization?
Absolutely. Simply send us a message through the contact page. It's the quickest and easiest way to get in touch.
I really like you're website, can you make me one?
Well, thank you! Our site was designed by the good folks at Zeox Web Design. I'm sure they wouldn't mind if you dropped in to get an estimate.
